Dealt with Vivian , was knowledgeable, abit abrupt & price is very costly. Enquire about an estimated cost first, because if you start the process there will be a fee to cancel. Would not recommend this place, other places can offer same service for much less.

The front desk was nice and very helpful however was not told they charge $150 to meet until I arrived. That isn’t a problem, however the lady I met with who handles business was absolutely rude and it was a terrible experience. I normally don’t write reviews but as she said “I’ll shred your file” on the way out it was the icing on the cake.nnI told her I was wondering if they could do returns for a few businesses I run and wanted to see prior to meeting have they worked on a TESLA (EV car credit) she reiterated again about the fee.nnI understand you have to get paid however she needs to work on her customer service skills. Asking if they have worked on something before shouldn’t prompt this type of reaction.nnI wouldn’t recommend you spend a dime on this. Especially if it is your first time EVER handling a tax issue.

I would strongly recommend Quality Tax Service. I found them to be very knowledgeable about taxes. They treated me kindly and their prices were very reasonable. It your looking for personal attention, you come to the right place.
