Food is cooked to order, so be prepared to wait. Chicken not their strong suit. Overall very good food. Staff easily and quickly accommodated special requests. Staff was pleasant, restaurant is clean. Will return.

I love fried catfish! Skrimp Shack has the most delicious catfish I've ever tasted. Throw in a few fried shrimp, a generous pile of French fries and I'm home! I ordered two baskets to go. The staff was extra polite and professional. The order was filled in a very prompt time and I was on my way to my friend's house for a very delicious lunch. I'm going back as soon as I can!

The Wait is Beyond Normal.. We went a 2 weeks ago. And placed an online order the food was cold and despite me getting their before it was done. No name was called my food was thrown together upon receiving it. The front end employee was overwhelmed with order and phone calls.. While the Manager Stood there and did as little as possible.. By that I mean.. Tell the front end Employee what they are about to run out of and laying out containers to put food in. While she does expo.. But wasn't even doing that was too busy talking to the back of the house while they. Cooked food.. It was looking like the Manager was just trying to do as little as possible to help the overwhelmed employee.. Finally the order included a gallon of the which I asked to be sweet.. I was given unsweetened tea and it literally was half full.. The front end employee was like im sorry that's all we got.. I get it restaurants are busy. But what really bothered me was that lax a daisy manager. Not pitching in helping her employees

We ordered from Skrimp Shack because most reviews were good. Our experience wasn't up to par. We ordered through Door Dash, so the prices were inflated as expected. But the food was disappointing. Very small portions even considering normal pricing. Nothing outstanding about the flavor. Infact, I had some greens that were bland and very overcooked. Will not be returning.

OK, I've tried fried fish from all over the country and this was by far the most flavorful and best tasting I've ever had. There is salt and just enough spice to make me crave more. It doesn't need any sauce, however, their sauce is amazing! I especially liked the Hot Aioli sauce. The fries were also perfectly salted. I'm accustomed to bland fish batter that needs salt and sauce, this does not. I had the Whiting Platter. One of my kids ordered the chicken nuggets, and Wow! They were salty and peppery like KFC spices. It was also relatively affordable. This was my first time. I will be back.
