There website is easy to navigate and I love the product! It helps me and my family drink more water throughout the day. I love that it ships quickly.
I had some problems with mine and several other family members water bottles we purchased from them at the county fair. They took care of all of them. I'm going to go back and pick up one of their 64 oz. water bottles for summer use for me. I also enjoy several of their infusion flavors. Check out their website for more information.
Their customer service is awesome! I was having problems with the flavor unit leaking. They sent me a new top no questions asked. Answered all my questions fast. Love this company andy water bottle! Great job!
I bought my bottle in late August and have had none of the other problems others have. I love drinking water, and usually only adjust the slider to the first two or three notches which also means I do not go through the flavors very quickly. I have been washing the flavor cartridge once the flavor has gone. Lots of others that have seen it have asked and I am not shy about talking it up. Great product.
Terrible product. Received 2 different lids & neither worked. 2nd was worse. Customer service isn't much better, they take about a week to get back to emails.
