Used this law office for our will - hard to get a response via voicemail or email. Had to call multiple times but went there bc we got a free will through our life ins from this law firm.nOnce I spoke to him I got the will quickly, and we needed a trust in ours so he added that and the second go around it was sent to us nearly immediately.nAside from being hard to get hold of a times we were happy with the finished will and trust.

Do not use!!! especially if your trying to keepnYour kids safe. He is horrible! Does nothing in court!! Waste of money!

Unfortunately, I share the same experience with Ms. Bates, the previous respondent. Mr. Bing was very unprofessional, leaving phone calls and emails unanswered and not providing any direction in my case. The service was so poor, I had to seek out a third party, to assist with legal matters, when Mr. Bing did not respond. I had to personally file cases on my own behalf, when Mr. Bing failed to do so. Also, Mr. Bing had the nerve to present an amended bill, of an increased amount, after I informed him, I was concerned about his poor practices, presenting letters to an opposing attorney, from a personal email I sent to him, using cut and paste, not reminding me of an important court case and not calling me until after the case.nPlease DO NOT retain this attorney!!

Trifling! Even though we were having some difficulties in decision making for my grandson's finances. He didn't really offer any advice. And, never truly started drafting ANYTHING! He didn't have any problems taking and keeping my retainer though! Sucks. Recommended by Legal Shield which leaves me with questions about them. Probably the only way he can get clients! Don't believe the hype about his credentials. He's a has been! We did better by consulting with the bank who offered their services FREE OF CHARGE!
