I've work at Sykes for many years from entry level position to team lead. Everyone is family and it's a great place to work!! The pay, and incentives are very competitive. It's an awesome place to start your career if your looking for customer interaction over the phone. There's always opportunities to move up if you work hard.

Great atmosphere to work in if you're able to deal with angry customers. The training provided could definitely be better tho.
