Easy Ride Auto Sales Inc

I went in looking for an honest to good car. I had called about a 2013 Ford Fusion that was a little above my price but took a shot. They told me they had another one a little cheaper that just got on the lot so I went and looked at it. I test drove the car and everything seemed to be fine other than the heat wasn’t working properly. The owner John said he would pay to get it fixed at an auto shop he goes through. So I said okay that’s fine and got the car. John seems to be a decent guy at first but then came all the bad. As soon as I left the lot and got home my car started to idle and the engine light came on. So I called immediately to let him know I had an issue. He said to let the mechanic know so I did. Dropped the car off for a day and got it back. They did not fix the heat properly and I was getting a little irritated. I was ready to let him know it wasn’t fixed then my car started to smoke/steam as he would call it and I just didn’t want to deal with it. So I wanted to try and work something out about bringing the car back and getting my money back. I only had it for two weeks. I just left his business and he was the absolute worst. He completely flipped out on me and started yelling about how it’s not a pair of jeans and what not. I didn’t raise my voice or argue I just let him know I kept having issues and I wasn’t satisfied with the vehicle. He just kept yelling, screaming and using foul language. I wasn’t about to argue with him so I just left. Now I’m stuck with a car that will definitely have future problems. If the warranty doesn’t cover what ever is wrong I’ll have to pay for it and that came from his mouth. He also accused me of being the one to mess the car up.... I had it for two weeks and haven’t even hit 200 miles on the car. I would advise anyone to please think twice before you deal through him. He is completely rude and disrespectful.

This dealer sold me a car that wasn’t good at all. Less than 5 months and just over 2k miles the engine blew. John wanted me to get 2nd opinion which I did and confirm the engine was gone. He said he would work with me to get another car and never would call me back. When I would finally get him on the phone he would try to fast talk his way into a story that he was working with the lender on a solution. I found out from another source that he will buy his cars from anywhere. I will be filing suit. Save yourself from this place and don’t buy !

The absolute worst .. I had my truck for a month and my truck sound so bad coming from the right side. When I call about it the owner gets smart .

Don’t if you buy a car here take someone with you , brake fluid hasn’t been changed in years my car was t inspected serious oil leak and all my tires were bad ud83dude43

Great place to shop for vehicle.I bought my first 2004 Mercedes Benz clk320 here back in 2016.im shopping with them again soon.
