Waste of time. Bank confirmed car was overpriced by $3,000 after being told there was “no wiggle room” in the price. Then was basically told I was lucky they offered anything on my trade (2014 suv with lots of features) because they “didn’t really want it”. Ended up going to a different dealership that actually wanted our business. Do you research before buying a car here.
