All I can say is WOW!nnThe sales team at VA Cars Midlothian absolutely blew me away. I spent my Sunday with a plan to visit several dealerships and VA Cars was my second stop. I did not go anywhere else. I worked with RJ and Jamie and it was so easy... Their price was a little bit higher than other dealers but they are transparent. They have no hidden fees like other dealerships, everything is upfront and posted where you can see it. I really like the Loyalty for Life program they have and I have a comfort that the care after the sale is there. The ease at which we were able to come to terms and get a deal done was absolutely fantastic! I was able to secure my vehicle quickly and to my surprise it was more car than I originally set out for. The car is still going in to be reconditioned and I am looking forward to getting the same level of satisfaction when I can take my car home as I did purchasing it. When I go to pick up my vehicle on Wednesday and if they do what they say the will do they may have a customer for life... Update to come upon receipt of the vehicle and I anticipate it will be another stellar experience.

Ed was my salesman and did a wonderful job assisting me. Ashleigh and Jonah were awesome too! Fair prices and great customer service. I highly recommend!

I went in one day to get a car and it was a little tricky but I definitely left with a car to drive. My sales guy Kenneth was the best and made sure i stayed calm during the whole process!!! He made it happen and I truly am thankful for that!!

Cam and Sean were amazing helping me get my car today.. cam walked me through everything and even helped my mother in and out of the car while test driving. They made this nerve racking experience an easier and educational experience . I am so happy with them .. I RECOMMENED THIS LOCATION TO EVERYONE .
