A close friend recommended my husband and me to James Ayers & Associates for our taxes. This year, like many we had more complicated taxes due to COVID, so we knew we had to go to someone who was knowledgeable on tax laws. We are glad we did! They were all very friendly and welcoming, made you feel at ease and trusting you were safe. They helped us understand what we were looking at as an outcome and gave us the best options they recommended. The staff is so helpful and engaging as well and even with our millions of questions, never acted like we were a bother or they did not have time for us even during this busy season. We appreciate James Ayers & Associates! They have found new loyal customers! Thank you for making our worries vanish!

James Ayers and Associates and all their staff is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and personable. They amazingly work in a timely manner even during this crazy time we live in today with Covid-19, and when no one else could help me they not only opened their schedule for me, but also made time to sit with me. I was in a bind not being able to find someone to help me with the complexity of my tax returns this year, they had answers and went above and beyond to get the job done so well, I am very pleased and finally at ease knowing I found my place for not only doing my tax returns, but other services they offer we will be utilizing as well, having a small business. James is extremely knowledgeable of accounting principles being a CPA, and has set the bar high for what to expect from your CPA. I will return every year because since I moved here from California, I’ve not found the level of service like I’ve found here, thank you!

James Ayers and Associates has been my personal account for over 10 years. This past year I started a new business and James was the first person I called to help establish my organizational structure. His extensive knowledge of accounting principles was extremely valuable. He helped me understand the pro’s and cons of the various corporate entities and provided me with the information I needed to make an educated and informed decision. His staff (Amy and Bobbi) are always professional and courteous and I always know I’m in good hands. If your looking for a CPA that will have your back, this is your firm!

Mr. James E. Ayers is highly recommended for his professionalism, timeliness, trustworthiness, articulate communication abilities, and is very knowable in the fundamentals of accounting. He has a strong sense of ethics. Also, he has excellent organizational skills. I felt valued and comfortable as a client.

I had been with the same CPA for years and moved my business over to Jim Ayers, CPA this year. I could not have been happier with the quick turnaround, the professional staff and on-going knowledge provided by the firm. It is nice to feel so welcome and confident that someone is taking care of these issues for you whether it be taxes, accounting, extensive knowledge of the laws, etc.nnMy firm also runs accounting through Jim Ayers, CPA.
