Not the same company as when Rex was still alive. Now days you have David Shortt going to people's place of work harassing people and telling your person info and lieing to people about where you stand with your vehicle. They don't deserve the one star.

Honestly they don't even deserve one star. Mary Ruth has ruined that car lot since Rex passed away. I bought a silver 2007 Jeep Compass from them 8-7-18 and literally put $423 into it in parts trying to fix the driving issues that it had only to learn from a well known garage that it was in fact not safe to drive or have on the road because struts are very bad along with the front end is damaged. This is after rotors, brakes, wheel bearings, hub assemblies and control arm bushings being replaced. Oh and also doesn't have airbags in it so you can't even get an inspection sticker for it ever again. Ive reported it to Virginia state police safety devision and to DMV and the better business bureau. They gave me $700 of the $1000 I've put into it but acted like I did something wrong. Advise if you buy from here get it checked out first at prater creek garage. Also had to put exhaust system on it from motor back. All this happened starting the very next day after purchase 8-8-18.
