I have been getting haircut at this place for more than a year. The stylist who serves me has the best skills in Asian haircut. I am always satisfied with the haircut I got. The entire shop is clean, neat and has good atmosphere with relaxing music played in the background. Everyone here is kind and polite, and always greet you every time you walk in and out of the shop.

To summarize, I am very disappointed and will not visit again. Please check Yelp for more accurate reviews from others.nnI had my haircut with Jen today. I showed her a model picture at the beginning, and confirmed the length to be about two inches below my shoulder. However, guess what, the FIRST cut she made is RIGHT ABOVE my shoulder on the back. Not surprisingly, my hair looks nothing like the picture I showed her. Not to mention the style, the length itself is way too off from what we agreed upon.nnAlso, another suspicious observation, she took the entire bundle of my hair from the first cut, which is about 12 inches, and set it aside on the desk, seemingly to keep it for some reason. I wonder if this is related to why she cut off so much of it despite the length requirement I confirmed beforehand.nnPlease read the other reviews before you go. Don't be like me and learn it the hard way.

I had my last two haircuts from this place and they have been good but a bit too expensive. $80 for woman’s hair which w/ tip comes to $100n.nThat said, this time I also tried Japanese straightening from them and it’s one of the worser ones! I’ve had straightening for more than 3 times before this and this particular one was the worst! Within a day part of my hair were back to wavy. She was nice to redo it but It’s back to frizzy again! Spent 5 hrs and twice the chemical but didn’t get the best results. Not good for straightening.

This was the worst experience that I had in my whole life. The first one was the picture that I showed Christine about what I want. The second one was what she did to my hair after two hair washes. Only two washes, it basically like straight. I went back to them and they even did not admit that they have done a poor job, instead they blamed my hair. There was no apology, no refund and I even cannot redo it as it will damage my hair if I do two perms within such short period. The third photo was my hair permed somewhere else 2 years ago and just to compare what a bad job they have done!

I have been a customer of theirs for a quite a long time. I haven't felt the need to write a review for them because they are already very successful. However, I want to try today since I am very satisfied with my recent visit.nnMy last visit was for my long hair cut and perm. The style I asked to have was a bit tricky because if the designer(I worked with Jo) could not refine the style it would look like either a cosplay or an old lady's hair. However, the designer excuted the task, and I couldn't ask more.nnThey stand out in every way. Hygiene, service, and skills... Some people complain about the price, but I would say for the amount/quality of work they put on, it is pretty fair.nnThis place is a hidden gem for sure. I would recomend you calling much earlier than the day you want to visit. If you have Asian hair and need a place for your hair works, do not look further, you just found one!
