Love Roosters.. Great Customer service. Great Crew. Jess is Amazing. Does a great job every time and I would not go anywhere else. There have been times that I needed a haircut but since I couldnt get it with her, I waited weeks so I could get an appointment with her. WORTH IT.nAlso having a beer is great.
I come to Roosters to get my hair cut by Morgan, and only Morgan. She is the best stylist I've ever been to in my life. Have a beard? The ask to have her give you a trim and shave, you won't regret it.nnThank you Morgan!
The best experience and haircut I have had in WA. Jess knew exactly what I wanted and made the whole experience great. Highly recommend.
People there are rude and mean. Demand the customer wait outside for 20 mins when the customer arrive on time. After 20 mins tell the customer that they have another appointment in 10 mins and demand rescheduling. If you can’t make your appointment, inform ahead of the time. If you have no idea about customer service, shut down your business.
The hair cut was decent. Definitely not the best. But I don’t want to complain during the COVID-19 situation as they were working hard. They kept the places cleaned and sanitized. They don’t let anyone inside unless you have an appointment.
