I got my first speeding ticket and had no idea how to appeal it. Ms.. Baturin took charge, handled the paperwork, even rescheduled my hearing when the original date was not convenient. She met me at the District Justice's office prior to my scheduled time. She and the officer discussed options, and she handled everything efficiently. She sought my input when it came to making a final decision, and then closed the deal very quickly. We were in and out of there in less time that it took for the officer to write the initial ticket! My record is now clear of points and any worries I have for future license concerns have been assuaged.

I was really excited when I found this office, thinking I was going to be represented by strong woman. Well, I was fooled. Monica Baturin appears to be all over the place, does not return calls within 24 hours, shows up to scheduled court dates almost an hour and a half late, after she was paid for her services. She was argumentative and lacks some self-control when dealing with male's. She makes to many excuses. It has been a difficult process and working with her has not really made my experience any easier. I also feel like they used the strong woman to pull me in and then just handed me off to the weaker link.
