Terrible service they were so rude worst exsperince of my life
National chain with great consistency
I love Chipotle! But the staff here are nice and they get you through the line quick!
The food was decent, but they ask for your names online and then don’t include them on the order! Do you know how hard it was, not to mention inconvenient, opening each burrito and trying to figure out which was which!
I ordered through the website and I was missing a bag of food. Because I didn’t order through doordash I had to resolve through chipotle. I called and you can Oder pick up through the automated phone line and delivery online. The automated service put me through to the store. They never answer. They just let it ring. I called many times. Worst (NO) customer service. I’ve left an email complaint. I have yet to hear back.
