So I've been in the area for about 6 years so needless to say I've ordered from them on more than one occasion. I don't normally like leaving reviews but I feel its time. I stopped ordering from them about 2 years ago because at first everything was great, don't get me wrong most of the food is good, however their customer service sometimes is not. I stopped ordering because I got tired of my orders being correct and then started getting them either messed up or items missing. I ordered from them not long ago and the order was mixed with a friends order, they forgot a pizza. I called and the gentleman that night was great, I believe he ended up bringing the missing pizza himself. My friend ordered again about a week ago, her food was messed up and got double charged. I just ordered from them tonight 4/8 and the only thing missing from my order was a 2 LT of soda. I called at 11:30pm and told them I didn't get the soda I ordered, the guy who answered said he would have it sent and hung up. It is now 1:06am and no soda. I didn't get my hopes up for it because 2 years ago before I stopped ordering from them food was missing, said they would have it sent, and never got it. So therefore, I am officially done ordering from them. They lost me as a customer for good this time.
Good food. Bad service.nOrdered at 9pm for delivery just a pizza and soda for my self and my pregnant wife(craving pizza). It snowed earlier so I expected them to be late.nnCalled at 10:30pm to check status. Someone on the phone lied and said my order is on the way.nnCalled again at 11:30pm and they didn’t know what happened with my order and told me they’ll have to refund me.nnI’ve ordered there plenty times and they didn’t even try to help me out tonight. We were expecting a meal after we had a long day of work but I got the run around until almost midnight. I was patient and didn’t give them a hard time. I don’t like leaving bad reviews but to leave a hungry paying customer empty handed without offering any alternative or good reason isn’t good for business. It’s even more unfortunate they’ve lost a good customer.
Last night i ordered a small pizza and a 2L of sprite at 9:10 at 10 i called and asked if my order was okay and ready he then picks up the phone says wait drops the phone and doesn’t say anything for 10 mins after the 10 min he says “its on the way” clearly it wasn’t because it didn't come for another 45 min my house is right down the street from them probably like a 5-10 min drive. Then when he brought my order it was messed up so the food and service is terrible pls be aware before you order here.

Is the food good? So far, yes. But it will arrive lukewarm and take at hour or more. It gets worse on busy nights. I don't think it's worth it.nnI just ordered here for the 3rd time since moving to the area. Delivery takes at least an hour and ten minutes usually, and just took an hour and forty minutes for two sandwiches, chips, and two sodas (one which was incorrect). 2/3 of the orders were lukewarm by the time of delivery.nnI don't think I'll be ordering from here again.
