It was good, but I was told it would ready in 10 minutes and it took 25 minutes. It was near dinner time but they could have told me 25 minutes instead from the get-go and I would have been okay with that.

Apparently under “new” management. Now it’s TERRIBLE. Very stingy with toppings. Ordered mushrooms, barely could find one tiny bit on each slice. Not to mention you can’t pick up by giving the name anymore. Now the genius new manager wants you to know your “order number”. It used to be my go to pizza store, but I will avoid this particular store as much as I can. To the new manager: you have made it worse! Quit.

Dominos used to be 50-50 in other words 50% good, 50% rotten. Today they tipped the scales to greater than 50% rotten. I think they have too many choices to get the order correct more than 50% of the time. Although how they were able to mess up a pepperoni pizza is beyond me. On the plus side the delivery was great, to bad the pizza wasn't :/

One of the worst Domino's location. Probably the worst. They miss toppings, I completely forgot how onions taste like on pizza. Not one, not twice but pretty much everytime I ordered. Coming to delivery, the reason I order deliver is because I don't have a car. They call me 30 minutes after my delivery time to tell me that they are not able to deliver now. Either I can come pick the food or wait for 45 minutes for a delivery person. Always late during delivery even when the delivery person is available. Once they made a story that the store was robbed and that's why they couldn't get my food in time. Domino's should look into this, it's the only store in Shrewsbury so I'm being loyal. But might not be loyal to Domino's if this continues.

Won't be ordering here again. We ordered delivery. A salad, parmesan bites w marina dipping sauce, and a medium extravaganza pizza. They delivered a plain cheese pizza instead. The salad smelled off, with the white parts of the lettuce turning brown. There was no marinara sauce, but the parmesan bites were ok. Called the store to ask for the proper pizza, and it's now 1.5 hours later, still nothing. We ordered from the same location a couple months ago and everything was fine. I no longer trust this location.
