Brought our 5 year old into Central Rock Gym today, from the moment we stepped in the door we felt welcome. Adam showed our son the special climbing equipment, ropes and beginner techniques of climbing. Our son tried climbing with the belay rope as well as without it above the fall mat.nnHighly recommend going in there and checking it out! They are great with all people including kids.

Great climbing gym that also offers fitness/yoga classes. Lead climbing and top rop routes are available. though the wall isnt super tall there is a cool arched overhanging feature for the lead climbs. Full set of free weights and squat racks are available as well. Also this gym is part of a chain that has several other locations in New England.

A clean facility and an excellent staff makes this the best climbing gym I’ve been to.
