I agree with many reviews here about the manager Amanda. She is rude and very unprofessional. She treats customer very badly. I called to discuss the charges which they charge me even after I cancel the membership. She even refuse to listen to me and told that she is not going to refund my money and while I was talking rudely hung up on me. I see lot of complaint about this location and the manager. Hope the corporate office take notice. I would NOT RECOMMND this place to anyone.
I Like the Low membership fees. Huge variety of machines to use with simple instructions posted right on them. I really like to use the timed circuit section, just frustrating when people linger on the machines and don't follow with the function of that area. Best of all is stopping for a massage before I leave!
And the weight room people don't take the weights off the bar, don't wipe down what they use, broken machines and two spray bottles to station need more, I came from West Boylston planet fitness and it was a lot cleaner and while taking care of been in Shrewsbury my second day. When again today no paper towels one guy working behind the counter no one cleans
Loved planet fitness in Ga , clean, had mirrors in the tanning rooms.
