I needed a new pair of sneakers and was concerned about the virus and shopping. I called the Shrewsbury store and the young lady explained how they were handling their store. I was pleased to find I was allowed to go into the store and try on sneakers. They limited the # of people and supplied hand sanitizer. Unfortunately they did not have the ones I wanted, but called the Cambridge store and had them send to my home. They arrived the next morning (unbelievable speed) with a fun postcard saying they know I'll love new shoes as they are almost as fabulous as I am. What wonderful service.

Best experience I have ever had buying a sneaker! I was shocked to see how great this store was it has the best customer service and they will accommodate you in all the best way they can to get you what you really need. I’m definitely going back for more sneakers and other accessories!
