We've always gotten our birthday party supplies here. It is conveniently located, good prices, the usual. Today an employee secured our business forever. Alex made up for my misinterpretation of when I should pick up and waited after hours long enough (about 20 minutes) to fulfill and handoff my order outside the store. I'm sure it wasn't a big deal but it made a huge impact. Thank you Alex!

I went there to get my Halloween costume and there was so many young knowledgeable kids that helped me out and advise me on how to dress I love Party City
Super friendly employees. Nobody enjoys working retail with the holiday season approaching but the girls who helped me with my online order return were very kind and helpful employees. I don’t know their names but shout out to them and all the help they have done for me.
