Yesterday 04/06/2021 I went through the drive thru and I order a Big Mac meal medium and a large fries, I ordered well done and they parked me and I wait for like 20 minutes outside and the manager who has short hair and wear fake eyelashes was so rude... I don’t like the service and some regular crews should be manager because they make managers work. Bad service
This store is usually dirty and a lot of people that are not buying anything hanging out up to no good. I don't go there to eat anything at all. I drive right passed it...
Worst McDonald's I have ever been too. Plenty of staff but they seem too busy with life to be interested in work. 15-20 minutes pickup wait everytime which is about once a month for 6 months. It's McDonald's slow food at Lincoln Street location. They should take tips from West Boylston Street location. I will never go to Lincoln Street again.
Service was the worst! Everyone had to wait way too long and they didn't get the orders right. I ordered 2 double cheeseburgers I got out of the parking lot and they gave me 2 cheeseburgers not double when I went back she said I can't believe take them back and instead of giving me what I ordered she gave me 2 more cheeseburgers not double! The WORLD'S WORST MCDONALD'S! YOU SUCK MCDONALD'S IN WORCESTER MA off of Rt. 290 headed to 495.
