This business has gone completely down hill. The amount of disrespect given by the employees and the way they have no consideration for the customers is absurd. It is understandable to make mistakes and fix them, and it’s another to completely not care at all. I will be contacting the district manager to inform them of all the negativity at this fast food place and I’m absolutely fed up.
Wasn’t going to review, but management inspired me. Food got left off the order which is an honest mistake, but after waiting in the drive through and paying for a hefty order of several meals, I called to ask that they comp the two, dollar menu sandwiches they missed in the order. Had to argue the legitimacy of my request with the manager but to no avail. This manager was unsympathetic and lacked basic customer service and phone skills.

Of all the McDonald's in Worcester I've had the best experience with this one. Staff are always very friendly compared to other local fast food places, and they've taken Covid precautions very seriously here. I've had the occasional cold fries or missed item note, but it's only been a handful of times after hundreds of visits over the years. My favorite local McDonald's.
