Considering some bad experiences that I had with other firms before, I would absolutely be glad to file taxes with these guys once more.nnThey seem to have knowledgeable consultants, with a robust software. Fee is a little high, but you get what you pay for.

Margaret Ludy is extremely professional and well versed in her job. She provides information through out the filing process and engages the client. I have always used H&R to file my taxes but this branch is exceptional

Very unprofessional. Tax preparer did not know what he was doing. After spending 2 hours in the office i had to return a week later to complete the process. Came back and spent another 2 hours just to have him tell me that he misplaced my documents after i found him digging through a box while i was waiting for him. He did not have the decency to tell me what he was doing until i was tired of waiting and went looking for him. Very unprofessional. I am done wit this company. So many other things went wrong. He literally had to get up and ask for help with every single steps? Do they conduct job interviews at H&R block? How did he get hired. I had to keep my eyes on the screen just to make sure he was entering the correct information because he was making so many mistakes including misspelling my name and DOB while he was holding my license. This is unacceptable. Now i have to return for a THIRD time because he still cannot find our W2s and 1095. Mine and my husband’s. He can’t even tell me when he will call me back because it depends on whenever he finds my docs. If they’re not found we're gonna have a problem. How can you be so careless? If you habe to visit H&R Block in shrewsbury, avoid David Dominguez or you’re gonna be sorry. Worst experience ever. I will go back to filing my own taxes.
