Frances Drake is the worst. They have poor communication with parents and forget the secretary Karen...if you ask her for any information she will tell you it's your own fault that Frances Drake never provided it in the first place and will laugh in your face if you have any concern for your child's safety due to the schools negligence. The school has sent my daughter on the wrong bus and didn't inform me of anything and Karen said it was my fault...(ps they never informed me what bus she was taking so I looked online and picked the closest and safest bus stop to me) the school also failed to send home a notice, call or email me about any 1/2 days and on 10/04 my daughter got off the bus alone and couldn't be found. My neighbor had actually taken her over because my daughter couldn't get into the house because we were all at work. If I could rate this school any lower I would. The principal doesn't care what happens or if they mess up. He doesn't listen to your concern and has the same lack of attention as his terrible secretary mentioned above. This school is a failure with 36+ children per class....what is education now a days? Because this school and their staff clearly don't care about it or the safety of your children!!!!!
