I brought my bass boat down from Vermont to Hanks Marine after I encountered an issue with my trim unit. Even though the problem was certainly one of a kind they listened to what happened and said they would have to contact the correct representatives to see what they would do concerning warranty. They kept me informed when I inquired to the progress and after all was said and done my trim was fixed and I was back on the water as soon as possible. Hanks service was the best I've received after going through numerous places over the years.
Hands down best boat buying experience of my life! Matt was great to deal with and gave me a great price on the boat and a good trade in on my old boat! His finance guy Barry was also second to none!
excellent service job done right
I needed some parts for a 16' Alumacraft. I found the people very helpful and knowledgeable about the boats and parts. Talking with them saved me some money and time, because I got the right part the first time and the part I actually needed was less expensive than the part I thought I needed. If you are not 100% certain of what you are doing, I suggest using the staff's expertise.
Fantastic customer service. Staff is very knowledgeable. Very quick turnaround. Would highly recommend Matt and his staff for any marine work.
