So I didn't know what to expect when I signed up and got here. But I have to say I'm very impressed with the class. I was surprisingly tired and the class was super friendly. The ladies know their stuff and it's mainly for fun, but I'm a way where your still learning technique and balance. Yes, guys go here as well. Lol overall I was pleasantly surprised by how fun and exhausting it was.nGive it a shot if your curious. It's worth it.

I have been a member of transformations for a year.. I always liked working out but now I love it, I'm addicted, it's my hobby ..I get so excited about going there !! I have made so many great friends and a second family. I can't describe the dedication everyone has there especially the trainers they push you and pump you up. I'm so glad I joined this family!!!
