Fratelli's is Fantastic! We've ordered take-out from the restaurant (on Stafford Street) several times and literally each and every time we've been happy with the food. The prices are very reasonable, the quality of the food/pizza is excellent, and the people who work in the shop are very friendly and welcoming. They always greet you with a warm welcome and even though I can't see their faces (masks), I can tell they are smiling. Definitely check out Fratelli's!

Ordered online and immediately got a text saying my food was going to take longer because they were busy. Pizza was ready during the new time frame but had to get past a grumpy guy in an apron. Food tasted good but the meatballs could have been better.

Food is delicious! Delivery and pick up always a disaster! They don't even offer any discount or compensation...no more! Plenty of other places in the city with excellent service and food! Blue jeans service may be better and that manager sucks!

They have obsoletely great chicken cutlet sub, I have tried it many times and it is as always great. This is my 4 times pick up food in any week. I highly recommend chicken cutlet sub, this one is different and the best , try yourself!

I placed an order online. I arrived at the estimated time and still had to wait a lot to even be approached by anyone there (which I understand on a busy Friday night) But then they tell me they ran out of ingredients, that I need to cancel the order on the website so I can get t a refund. Then he dismissed me implying that it was my fault to order online instead of calling, like if it was 1997 or something. So then I had to call a third-party website, who tried to bounce me back to the store because they should be able to refund me. I hope this pizza is good, because the service is quite sketchy.
