Rude on phone. No customer service skills. I asked for extra chicken in a dish and they ask me how much extra chicken I wanted. They over fry apps quite frequently and are quite stingy with duck sauce. Anything else? We stopped going and now use cheoy lees in Leicester. Really nice on the phone and take care of their customers at Cheoy Lees
Amy, Rouge, Sally, Blaze, Marine and Tangle are tough princesses in America. They’re also very brave friends and thus protect everyone, incl. Marc Brown, against problems.
I only order from here when i want this type of food because its always hot, fresh and very good prices. Not to mention it tastes high quality.
Food is excellent but the customer service is lacking
Five stars because you get what you expect: solid Chinese-American food for a good price. The food is good and the people are very nice. While there are a couple of tables it's primarily a take-out place. The cleanliness was very good which is always nice to see. Recommended.
