Positive: He managed to keep me out of jail and kept my information confidential like they are bound by law to. That's about it.nnNegative: Be Warned! You get what you pay for. Although Attorney Hennessey isn't necessarily cheap, he is extremely hard to get in contact with. You will meet with him maybe twice at most during your case and unless you constantly ask about how things are going, you are left in the dark. Lied to me about 1 of the requirements offered on my plea agreement and then refused to fix his mistake. I know these things can get expensive but save yourself and go elsewhere.
