The food is great, but the place itself is always teetering on the edge of disaster. While much of the staff is nice, many appear to be untrained in very basic customer interaction skills. The cash register never works correctly. And, of course, the classic Friendly's waiting time is extra long here.

Service was pleasant and clean, family friendly. The waitress we had was wonderful we were a big family ud83dudc6a Food & ice cream was great.

Burger Cook had the mask under their nose half the time, the other half, had it under her mouth, singing into the burgers. When confronting the manager, they explained how since it was hot in the kitchen they were allowed to do that. Do not recommend for safety reasons.

Had massive diarrhea for three days following my meal. Chef laid a fat one before cooking our food and definitely didnt wipe. Room smelt like cheeks.
