If possible to give zero stars I would. It takes them well over a hour to get anything and the food is cold and barely edible and if you get it delivered good luck with that! If you do end up getting your food delivered the driver will ask you where his tip is at the very second you get to the door and when you question him why he said that he will then proceed to throw your food at you and on the floor like a child. Will not be ordering from again and will not recommend!

Best gyros in town and I've tried them all! Excellent salads. Great pizza. Okay baklava.

Good pie and a drive thru? Awesome. But delivery times are looking.

Brothers is probably the best overall in southbridge.... For the food there an easy 10!!!! The problem is anytime I have had an issue I have felt like I'm an a-hole or like I'm making a big deal over nothing. It's almost like they know they have the best food in southbridge and so you either deal with the attitude or don't.... Mostly nice face to face but over the phone or ordering on the phone is where it will leave you questioning whether you want to go there again or not..... And I do... Because they are the best in town.

I have ordered here 2x this week, simply for convenience (and our favorite pizza place in town is closed for renovations). The food is decent, but not worth the poor customer service.nnEach time we’ve ordered here we have waited over one hour and 50 minutes, almost TWO HOURS, and still haven’t seen a delivery driver. Each time we have had to call, and each time the response is “oh sorry the driver is leaving now”, two hours after I place my order? The first time the restaurant closed in 3 minutes, so I panick called thinking we wouldn’t get the food we paid for. This time I kindly asked “if you don’t mind me asking, why does it take so long at this pizza place? This has happened to us multiple times and it will deter us from coming here again” at which point the woman I spoke with handed the phone to a man who must have been the manager or owner, and I heard her say “idk what she wants she’s just bitching”. The manager had terrible customer service, and brushed us off almost as if we have the AUDACITY to call about the food we paid for two hours ago? Not to mention our orders have been over $60.00. Personally, I don’t care how good the food is. The customer service is so poor that I will never order here again, and I will tell everyone I know not to order here again. This is coming from someone who works in customer service and would never speak to someone or treat someone the way I’ve been treated by this business.
