All of a sudden, after MANY deliveries, I am told they can no longer deliver to me because I am on the wrong side of the lake, whatever that means! I am 2.7 miles away from Dominoes on Lake St. We have a disabled person here and an elderly person. It doesn't happen often, but sometimes we are unable to go out. One of the best part of Dominoes is the delivery feature. Without that option, there are many more pizza parlors much closer than Dominoes. Oh well, they just lost a frequent customer!

Always does their best to accommodate customers. Had an order messed up (supposed to be half pepperoni but they put full) and not only did they immediately remake it but they also let me keep the mess up! Whenever I get delivery the drivers are always polite, a driver named Angie delivers to me quite often and she is wonderful. People here don’t know what they’re talking about. If an order is out of the delivery area that’s out of the restaurant’s and employee’s control. If you order at anywhere 5 minutes before close they will tell you no because often times restaurants shut off ovens and grills early. Did have some issues with a manager a couple months back but he has been replaced. People complaining about delivery times, delivery areas, etc have clearly never worked in the food industry and should keep their mouth shut.

Webster, MA 01570, store is terrible with accepting orders before they close. I work late on Fridays and by the time I'm close to home I try to order, whether take out or delivery and they don't take my order. You CLOSE AT 1AM per the app. If you take my online order at 12:55am you better be making my food and delivering it and or take out. I used to work the fast food industry, Burger King, and we took orders until the moment we closed. It sucks, but those are the hours of operation. If your store is open till 1am, you need to put a notice on the app for last call for delivery or take out. I'm a loyal customer to that store. The manager has offered what he can but this is unacceptable. I hope this can be rectified by the next time I call when I'm in this situation.
