I never write reviews but this one is well deserved given the circumstances. Edward is friendly and extremely helpful. Had many battery issues related to the device and he would always get me in as quickly as possibly to prevent a lockout. If you’re looking for a location with the best customer service, I highly recommend O’s Interlock Bellevue.nnThank you Edward!

If you want to go to a place where you’re treated like a human being and JUDGEMENT FREE place, this is it! I used to go to a place in Everett and landed here by chance do to availability and now make the extra drive because of how nice and respectful this place is. The owner is very very nice, humble and treats you with respect every time you go in without fail. You would never even know if he was having a bad day. Thank you for your respectful service and being so kind to those who have made mistakes in their past, may God bless your business beyond measure.. Thanks again!
