The Missing Niche (04/12/2021)
The pharmacy always has a long wait and they never apologize. Today I spent 20 minutes on hold after being transferred by the automatic agent. Called again last and waited another 15 minutes before I hung up. They are horrible. Staff appropriately, pick up the phone and learn about customer service

Went to this CVS to get the first dose of my COVID-19 vaccine and was shocked to see a completely unmasked shopper in a busy store as people are trying to get vaccinated. There were plenty of employees around and no one said a word to this shopper, who spent at least 15 minutes in the store. Completely unacceptable. I will not be returning and already rescheduled my 2nd dose appointment to a different store. If they aren't going to insist shoppers wear masks, then they clearly don't take protecting their customers seriously.

I had a really nice experience tonight with a cashier named Melissa. With everything going on in the world right now, she was extremely kind and made me smile, even laugh a little bit. I had a rough day with my sick child, and she definitely made my night. Thank you Melissa.

I frequent several stores in the area...including Walgreens. Never ever have I had to leave with out receiving my coin change. ( shortage?!). Every damn time. Hell even dunkins has change if I wanted it. Shame on CVS for taking advantage of a situation!

If I could give this cvs 0 I would. This particular cvs likes to randomly pick on you and act like you're stealing even though half the products are locked under glass. Im a 36 year old mother of two, and a very immature and rude cashier was acting like I might steal a 4.99 pair of lashes. She however allowed two young boys to roam the store saying nothing to them while she left them alone in the store to follow me to my car after I said I won't be shopping here anymore where she continued to make weird faces at me and give me the peace sign. I went to a different cvs where they mentioned everyone comes there after dealing with very rude clerks at the stafford st branch. I was beyond shocked and I've never in my life been treated like I might steal. Shame on this cvs for treating your customers this way.
