I LOVE this company. This is the second service I've tried and I cannot believe it took me so long to make the switch. The diapers are clean, the service is excellent, and everyone I've spoken with is friendly and helpful. If you are thinking about doing cloth diapers - look no further.

We have been using the Kind by Nature cloth diaper service for the past 3 1/2 months. I have nothing but positive things to say! The staff are friendly and thorough. I feel completely comfortable reaching out to them with any questions. Before I signed up, Christine spent an hour with me on the phone giving me all the details that I needed! It’s clear that they truly care about their customers, as evidenced by the fact that there is no contract, and they even said that if we decided we wanted to wash the diapers ourselves (no thank you!) they would teach us how!nI was quite worried about getting used to cloth diapers when I have never changed a diaper ever in my life before I had my baby, but they are pretty easy and only take about 15 seconds more than putting on a disposable diaper. I was also worried about odors, but the pail really keep the room odor-free when the lid is shut.nI have definitely talked their service up to friends; it is wonderful that Kind By Nature makes using cloth diapers and helping the environment accessible.

We used the diaper service at Kind By Nature with our newborn. They came to our home for a 15-30 min tutorial. The education on cloth diapering was highly informative. If you are interested in trying it out or committed to doing the cloth diaper lifestyle you will be glad to have this resource available to you. The delivery service is excellent, the product is great, but the customer service is the best part of the Kind by Nature experience. If you are interested in avoiding diaper rashes, and lowering your impact on the environment at the same cost as disposables, then I highly recommend calling Kind By Nature.

What a positive experience! Everyone I interacted with at KindByNature was very easy to work with. They were patient, flexible and always willing to help. They eased all of our cloth diaper woes! Diapers were always very clean. I would highly recommend their service to anyone interested in cloth diapers! As a bonus, my daughter (and son) took to potty training quickly! Can’t say enough good things about cloth diapers or KindByNature! Happy + healthy baby, better for the earth, happy mom!

The service and help that Kind By Nature provides is fantastic! They are so reliable, kind and really helpful to new parents. Their products are so clean, and in new condition. I would recommend cloth diapers to anyone and Kind By Nature is the way to go!
