I pains me to say that I don't write reviews and the only reason I'm writing one is to save you from a bad experience.nI've worked at McDonald's and I get it, it can be heckted. I also understand that the workers the person I'm interacting with, is not 100% liable for their actions. Management has to train them.nnWith that in mind, I've deducted 1 star, cause when I went to pay they declined both my cards. I should have cash on me no problem, I don't live far so I drove home to get cash. But honestly at this point I should've taken the first red flag and just drove home, however w my kids expecting the food. Which I don't take them there often, so I though I'd be a nice treat. Went back and got the food.nnThe second star I've deducted it is cause when I went back, even tho it had been with 10 minutes of me just dealing with the cash issue. I got charge the wrong amount and I was going to get the wrong order. I had to repeat my order to the person. And up until now I'm pretty sure I'm like a $1 or $2 plus some change short but in all honesty at this point they can keep it, I'm sure they need it more than I do, to train people better.nnThe 3rd star I'm deducting is because when I waited for my food an additional 10 min. I just ended up going inside and waited additional time until the lady came out and we met in the lobby and I explained to her my order and additionally I explained to her I had already been given half my order however it was wrong. So I got the rest of my food and left. It wasn't until I got home that I realized I did not have my drinks. This I consider to be my fault I was leaving in such a hurry that I simply forgot, however, when I told the lady that was helping me when my cards got turned down, she stated shed needed the happy meals back and the drinks as well.nnAll in all, this reminded me why I don't frequent fast food places, needless to say specially this mcdonald's. This review is not intended to bash the very hard working cashier's and drive through people. I also wanna make it clear at no point I was rude to them. To the managers and store owners, please don't waste your time replying to this review as I simply won't be revisiting the stablishment. Instead address the technical issues w your team. Practice what to do when orders go wrong, and or hire undercover customers that visit during rush hour times. Morale in management seemed low when I was there maybe talk to them and address issues they're experiencing with equipment, or get new equipment. There's a lot more that went wrong with this order but I'm only writing the highlights.nnTo future customers, you may have a better experience, if you evade rush hour times. For a quick lunch, I'll go somewhere else.

The costumer service was great 3 young girls very kind well mannered now a days it's rare to get a simple thank you or your welcome at a mcdonald's drive through

Late night visit, typical order:n2 McChickens (no mayo)n1 McDouble (no pickles)n2 Buffalo Saucesn2 Ranch SaucesnnThey didn't use the on-screen verification to actually verify my order, my receipt did not have the Buffalo sauces on it, nor did my order contain it. Quality of the food itself is a three or four, the McChicken patties are way less seasoned than they used to be, so without the buffalo sauce it's really a very lackluster eating experience.

Be careful with the milk(specially nonfat) they add in coffee. I had in multiple occasions they used expired milk. Once I returned to the store and asked for my Latte replacement, they checked and apologized and gave me a new cup of coffee but when I got back home I figured they gave me regular coffee instead of latte! Not gonna take risk next time!
