I went to Rose for years, I have friends that go there, coworkers... I got a letter that my taxes one yr never got filed and I was being fined $1500. I wasn't even mad at first cuz mistakes can happen.. I called to ask Rose what was up and what do I need to do, I even mentioned in the message that I wasn't upset, I just wanted guidance on what I needed to do but I never got a call back. I called about 6 times getting angrier each time and each time my messages were ignored and of course when I called the IRS they didn't care that I went to a professional.. I had to pay the fine and back taxes. I was so disappointed that I never even got a call back. I now see someone else and when they looked back at my previous year they found a few mistakes on that year as well. How many years did I have a mistake on my taxes.
Never again they so messed up my taxes and when I most needed it 2020 I was not able to get stimulus or anything back for that matter the IRS didn’t accept my paper work they where notified about it I didn’t know anything about it until I got a letter from the IRS about a month later I go back to get another copy so I can mail it out and they still get it wrong bank account number was wrong so yes here it is 2021 the 2nd round of getting a little help and again nothing because my taxes are not done RIGHTnHow do you sleep at night hire people that know how to do the job just because they are family members doesn’t mean they know what you know Rosie GET BETTER HELP

When I was audited after using their service they refused to answer or return any phone calls!! Cost me 2300$!! Never use this awful tax service, worst accountant ever.
