Worst school I’ve gone to, if you’re native you’re welcomed there, if not I wouldn’t suggest going. School does nothing about bullying, in fact, they told me I was lying about it. They tried blaming a bomb threat on my little brother when they had no proof. Well actually anything that happened bad at that school was blamed on him.nThis school is racist. They treat white students poorly and sometimes the African American ones as well. For example, one time one of the teachers went to Japan and she was telling the class how light skinned people were very appreciated there and I remember another student had said, “hey maybe you’ll belong there *my name*.” The teacher had done nothing, but smile while the whole class laughed.nThere is no nurse or counselor, just the front desk ladies and most of the time they aren’t even there.nThere’s so much I could say about how bad this school is, but I have a limited amount of space available to type this review. Thank you for reading my review and have a nice day. Hopefully you go to a better school then I did. :)

Effie was a rough school to attend. The teachers aren't trying to hold up expectations of people listening, it has gotten worse over the years. I graduated last year in 2018, but I attended Effie since 2012 when I went there in 7th grade. There are some good teachers there, as they try to help the situation on hand, but either they don't fully enforce the rules, and uphold their agreement, or are seriously lacking in that department by the students not cooperating. Effie was not a fun school to go to if you have social anxiety. It really depends if you are okay with certain things happening. I understand that it is up t the person, but I had a real rough time trying to focus on my school work.

I love it here! Even though it's my last year here.
