I have the superb help and courtesy I got from Jessica yesterday, she showed me the sale and the latest from Coach I wasn’t disappointed! I love my first ever purchase from a designer brand! VERY VERY bad customer service. They were really rude, I asked for a simple gift box from my purchase of coach from another store and they did not even give me it, and said “oh sorry I can’t”.. I mean it’s literally a coach gift box for a present, what’s the deal, it’s not like I’m asking her for a free coach bag or shoes or any item. She did not help at all and was super mean. I wish I got her name:( They were mean, I don’t recommend this store. if you want to purchase from coach you should go to another location.

I shop here frequently and the staff is always top notch! Their personalized attention always makes me feel super pampered and like the only person in the store.

Friendly and helpful staff
