Love the clothes , specially for speciall occasions for kidos ..

If I could leave “0” star I would choose it! I love Janie&Jack but this store has to change a customer service! The old lady and the big redhead guy super rude, they look at you like you came to the most expensive store in the world and as soon as I ask something they look at you like:” How dare you ask your majesty”. They need to change customer service otherwise they’ll keep loose customers. And what’s wrong with sales? The half of clothing are on sale on the website, but not in the store, as soon as I ask about sale they ignore me, how come you don’t put items on sale when on the website they’re on sale, are you trying to fraud people? I usually spend around 600$ buying clothing on sale for my baby, but not anymore, I would batter shop in other babies stores then Janie&Jack in Bellevue and im gonna tell to all my friends about my experience!

Love Janie and jack, but poor customer service at this store. Tried to return 2 brand new items, went in to the store, NO ONE is there! I came back later and only found out the lady was actually talking to the neighbor next door outside of Janie and Jack. And then she said that do not return items in stores, when policy cleared stated we can. Never again in that store.

TERRIBLE customer service. Went in to exchange items with a gift receipt, and while attempting to ring up the items the salesperson said the system automatically returned the items to the gift giver's credit card, and there was nothing they could do about it. She said she couldn't void the transaction, and told us to call the person who gave us the gift. She didn't offer any suggestions other than to call customer service. We weren't able to exchange the items or leave with anything, except extreme frustration about the situation, the salesperson and the store. After an experience like this, I can't imagine why they are still in business.nnUPDATE: I was able to get a hold of customer service today. They were able to issue us a gift card, but unable to void the transaction. Still frustrated by the entire situation, but happy that customer service was at least able to make things better.

I adore this store - you cannot find cuter kids clothes. The store is beautiful and tidy, and the manager and staff are warm and friendly.
