Visited this location today to find a nice suit and was hoping this would be the place! Walked in noticed there was an associate working with a couple who were seated. The associate looked up and saw us come in to the store but didn’t greet us and just continued with the other couple so we figured we’d browse a bit and wait. We reached the back left of the store to look at the luxury fabrics and we heard the same associate behind us say in a loud stern but not exactly yelling voice “if you’re going to touch anything, you need to put on the gloves”. To which we obliged and said okay and asked where are they so we can put them on.nnAlthough we didn’t say anything, this attitude and approach didn’t sit right with us so we left a little while later. You could have kindly asked us to wear gloves or maybe even greet us and inform us when we walked in to put on gloves. The choice of words, timing, and situation could all improve. I also noticed that the couple that were being helped and were handling the book of fabric swatches had no gloves on. Why were they allowed to touch with no gloves? Why were we asked to? I really hope it’s not a race issue but they were in fact Caucasian and we were not.nnUnfortunately, today was a very unprofessional visit and I hope Indochino takes time and invests in improving this sort of situation. While I’ve made past purchases at their Seattle downtown location, this interaction might have ended this store as a potential suit solution for me.

Hands down THE BEST suit buying experience there is. First off, we’re well into the pandemic at this point and there are signs with sanitation stations at the entrance of every store in this mall. At this Indochino there’s a box of gloves with instructions to wear a pair if you’re going to touch any fabric. So if you get your feelings hurt that an employee told you to abide by their policy which protects us all, still at this stage in the pandemic game, do us all a favor and stay home. Also, make an appointment.nnNow, a review that’s actually about this store: Anthony was the absolute best. Prior to coming here I had one bad experience after another at Men’s Wearhouse and many department stores. A lot of my suit buying anxiety comes from having big shoulders, a small waist, and big thighs. Nothing off the rack would do. Anthony was patient and really took the time to assemble a great suit for me. He was very meticulous when measuring to ensure everything was right.nnAnthony was honest about colors, tones, and patterns and what worked best for my complexion and body type. He also took into consideration fabric type and what I was comfortable wearing. And he was right because when everything came back to me in the end, I was amazed beyond words. After I took the suit in for minor adjustments, it came back absolutely perfect.nnSo if you’re in the market for a suit, or to just shake off some pandemic blues by looking good and feeling good, don’t hesitate. Make an appointment, put on gloves if you’re going to touch any fabric (thanks in advance), and enjoy the experience.

Cheap and very bad quality suits. They won’t refund your money if you aren’t satisfied. I had a horrible experience with them. They failed miserably in taking the right measures. Once I received the suits, I asked them to return my money. They called the Canada office and a salesman tried to hard to convince me. The scammers in one word.
