My experience was great bought me a pair of Brown boots.

Went in to pick up some shoe care products and was given the cold shoulder. I’m assuming it was because I didn’t look like I’d spend money in the store (I was dressed down in sweats that day to run errands). On top of that they were out of certain creams and polishes. I love their shoes, just not too happy with the service I received that day.

My family and I have invested thousands of dollars into this brand. Buying many makes and colors over decades.nnThe same kid, on three separate occasions failed entirely on the customer service, letting me know I had made a mistake buying into Allen Edmonds.

The staff here are not well trained/educated on the product lines. I can only recommend going if you know what you want already.
