Burberry

We went into the store today and I was blown away with their customer service. They were all very kind and knowledgeable of their products and how to style them. Daniel was A-MA-ZING!!!! He helped me figure out the perfect size for a coat I wanted, helped me with tips how to style it for different occasions. He was absolutely wonderful, he definitely made my day!

This is one of my favorite places to shop at in the mall, and I always feel welcomed whenever I walk in. It is a luxury brand, so expect the majority of products to be in between low three-digit to the upper four-digit price range. In my experience, everything I've bought here has been worth it, especially when you take into account the great customer service and atmosphere inside of the boutique. Also want to give a big shout out to Mei, who truly treats you as a friend whenever you're shopping in the store. I've never felt pressured to buy anything in the store, and she is honestly just a very great person to talk to!

I was extremely pleased with their service and the quality of their bags. Mei and Daniel made my wife’s gift extra-special with the wonderful packaging. They most certainly earned a life-long client!

Domingo & the store manager are very dedicated to a great customer experience. Domingo himself is very knowledgeable about fashion & fit, and makes you feel so welcomed. He is a dedicated employee who takes every step to make sure you’re comfortable and that your questions are answered. He has great style, making his suggestions awesome. We look forward to making more purchases with him.
