These guys have always been honest, professional, and educational. We have tried some other auto places around town and had less positive experiences; we won't go elsewhere now! One of the things I like best is that when I call, I get to speak with someone who can answer my questions about cars. I don't think I've ever been put on hold while they hunt down a technician; the one answering the phone IS the technician, or a very educated receptionist. Can't say enough good about this place!
As a shade tree mechanic when there's jobs that are out of my level, or I just don't want to do this is my go-to place. Great bunch of people working here knowledgeable and aren't going to take you for a ride or make you do things that you don't need. Very impressed with the overall experience. Appointment was scheduled 1 day out. Staff was extremely courteous and professional.
