Snooty employees that could not be bothered to even acknowledge there are people in the store, let alone help anyone. We were in there a good 10 minutes and trying on jackets, still nothing. 2 employees just chatting behind the register. If they can't be bothered to help us, then we can't be bothered to buy anything either. Go to Nordstrom instead. They can order Hugo Boss suits for you without the attitude.

Very cool professional sales clerks

They’re awesome. I had a very good experience here. We spent 2 hours for trying different suits and shirts, and the sells man are always very patient and professional.nThis time is for my wedding. I’ll definitely come back if I need another suit in future!

Why do people care if there greeted or not thats not the point. I bought a suit and shoes tie and had a wonderful experience nice people and good store.

I bought a tux here a couple weeks ago and had fantastic customer service.nnHowever, I can see why it gets some bad reviews. There were three employees in the store and only one of them was helping customers.nnWhen I went into the store I asked one of the not-so-helpful employees for assistance. He was completely disinterested. I left for a few minutes to check out Nordstrom's selection.nnWhen I came back I was lucky to get helped by the one young man who had a pulse. Can't remember his name but he was younger, tall and slender, African-American male. He got me in and out in 30 minutes with a perfect fit and look.
