Great sneaker store. They actually have wide widths which is perfect for me. The sales help are nice and not pressuring. I like shopping here and usually find 2 pairs of sneakers every time I comenIn.

I had to return new shoes I bought in California. It took a lot of patience and paperwork, but they found me better fitting shoes and made the exchange. Good people to work with.

I have been coming here once a year for shoes and every visit the staff are always quick to help and very pleasant. I highly recommend this particular store if you tend to have issues finding shoes as the staff are very well versed.

I have to thank the saler , i don't remember his name but he was super nice , they have a machine you can use and it tells you your feet pressure, this way you can select the most comfortable shoes for you. Tried it with the help of the guy, thanks to him. Small nice store. The price are new balance prices not better than the other places.

The man that waited on us was the best. He is from England and I am glad he is here in Washington with us. Lucky us!!!
