Great job with converting the Salmon Bake into a covid safe experience. In addition to outdoor seating, salad bar has been converted so that staff serve you, drinks require new cups for each refill, and meals have been expanded to single serve but bug portions and your choice of salmon, halibut, ribs, or king crab. Apparently they also now have fried chicken. Good portion sizes. End of season is early though. 2020 season ends the first weekend of August.
Great food. Even the service was great. Sad to see them close so early. Virus really hit them hard with no tourists this year. Will be there next year.
My family and I went for a recent visit and really enjoyed the new menu. The staff were all wearing masking and had everything marked for COVID spacing. The new menu items were nice to try out and the ordering system worked well. If you haven't been or haven't gone for awhile, it was a good experience for us.
One of the best meals you will get in Fairbanks. Salmon was tender and moist with a sweet glaze, halibut was fresh and juicy and servers were friendly, courteous and never let our cup get empty. Sorry no pictures.
Beautiful outdoor seating. I would recommend the salmon or bring your family and have a picnic deal for 49.95
