Stopped by this coffee shop while looking for the Fairbanks Community Museum. It’s a nice little place and really nice and efficient staff. We like their coffee and we also like the idea it’s a small local business. You can shop up and down the street and stop for coffee to rest a bit. There are a few small tables and a couple of places to sit at the front window and watch people pass by.nThe coffee shop is in a small indoor mall called the Co-Op Plaza. The mall contains several nice shops that are well worth visiting. There’s also an indoor restroom for which you ask a shop for the key. We didn’t have anything to eat here so I can’t comment on the food but I’d bet it’d be worth it.
Owner is super great! I've always received amazing customer service.nnI highly recommend the deluxe grilled cheese. ^.^nMy friends report that the coffee is delicious. And, as someone who does not drink coffee, I can say with certainly that the coffee-alternatives are amazing too! ud83dude0b (Especially the steamers)
Love this little Cafe! The staff are very friendly, and their food is delicious.
Most friendly people I've I've come across in a non-professional manner yet still at work, I recommend anyone go ahead and give this Cafe a shot
