Absolutely worst Credit Union to have an account with. I have heard stories from fellow service members of other Credit Unions but the way they have treated me the last 3 years is by far the worst. Funny thing is after I looked at BBB I'm not the only one that feels that way, what everyone says is the same story minus a few extreme things that have happened for me including my father passing with 30 days of training followed after then being demaned to pay 4x the amount my car payment. Then getting denied to ship my vehicle while in financial hardship then being told that I have to sell it and pay the rest off which will be about half the price of the car that I no longer own. If you are a service member stay away from this institution.
