I do all my business there and they're very helpful and I know I'm all there treat me like family
It’s always a pleasant visit. The staff is always friendly.nToo bad it’s closed on Saturdays now with the COVID-19, I’m an essential worker a.k.a nurse and my hours don’t allow me to do banking thru the week. I have the app for online banking but I needed to deposit a check into another account and that’s not an option.
This positive review is for the teller Maria. I was from out of town and had a $20 paper check given to me from somebody with a Well's Fargo account. This was an unexpectedly positive experience due to Maria. Thumbs up to whoever hired her. If I do live in Alaska long enough to open an Alaska account, then it will be with Maria!
Everytime I go in I am greeted by such a friendly staff! They always go above and beyond to make sure all my needs are met and that I know all the latest programs that they are offering. Everytime I have had an issue with my banking they have always straightened it out right away, which I can honestly say was a surprise at first.
So willing to go out of their way. Thank you.
